Holmes Noble is an executive search and leadership advisory firm working with organisations in complex industrial, infrastructure and investment environments. Our work focuses on senior appointments where alignment, judgement and long- term fit are critical. Each engagement is approached individually, with time spent understanding the organisation, its context and the leadership challenge it faces. This allows us to identify and assess candidates in a way that reflects both immediate requirements and longer-term direction.
